Delicious Links: Barefoot Running Articles

techsmo:

So I bought a pair of Vibram Five Fingers a month or so ago, and I gotta say I am loving them. Running for me has always been a love hate for me primarily because of all the knee pains, shin splints and and joint aches. So far (only a month in), each time I have used the Vibrams to run, I havent had those traditional pains I get after running. I think the main reason I am avoiding these pains is because I am running on my toes.

Stand up and try jogging around on your toes… Try out your natural shock absorbers. Doesn’t it just seem logical?

A list of the articles I have found on the subject.

What do you think? Is this crazy?

  1. barefootbrenna answered: Not crazy. Just ease into it since you are going to be using your calves more with this style of running. Have fun!
